Saw the new Harry Potter movie toady. Yayness.
Everything in the graveyard at the end was cool, but really icky. Weird baby-wizened-thingy Voldemort was so. Fucking. Icky. Like....eeugh. So much ick. Then he turned into snakey Ralph Fiennes Voldemort and there was funky flesh bulging bits and it was just ick. But cool. But....ick.
I've read the Prisoner of Azkaban Movie in Fifteen Minutes too amny times, I think, because it was affecting my watching. I kept thinking about groovy Dumbledore and how I saw a porno like this once (especially in the graveyard, when Voldemort pressed his finger on Harry's scar and they both screamed. Because I think one of them was having an orgasm there and I'm not sure who and it was creepy. Creepier is that fact that someone's probably writing that lemon right now. Creepiest is the fact that someone else is probably writing about Draco-ferret doing something inappropriate when he ran into Crabbe-or-Goyle-can't-tell-'em-apart's pants).
Speaking of the ferret scene, what I liked best about that was actually before the actual ferret-ing, when Draco jumped down from the tree. Because I keep imagining the scene some ten minutes before with Draco pervhed on Crabbe and Goyle's shoulders trying to get into the tree just for the purpose of jumping down triumphantly in front of Harry, and then eventually someone figures out maybe they should use magic to get him into the tree. And then they sit and wait for Harry to arrive.
"Any time now, Potter. I'll have just the thing to say to you then."
"Draco, are you sure he's coming?"
"Shut up. We'll give him five more minutes and then...we switch trees."
"...Right."
....
"It's been ten minutes, Draco."
"Honestly, Potter, I haven't got all day to sit in this tree, where are you already? ...He gets two more minutes and then one of you go find him and bring him here, all right? He's ruining my entrance."
There's a Waiting for Godot parody in that idea somewhere, but someone else'll have to write it.
Anyway, I really did like the movie. It made me want to re-read the book, and not in a bad way. So yay, movie.
